so! general life update for yall:

some of u might remember i graduated high school last summer!! i've taken a gap year to save up some money and sort out things like getting my driver's license as well as some housing issues, but my plan is to apply to both the local community college's transfer prep program as well as a state uni's vocal program. if i don't get accepted to the state uni, ill stick w the community college plan and get my gen eds out of the way while i keep practicing my vocals until i can pass an audition (งಠ_ಠ)ง

ive been painting a bit w gouache and watercolor! i dont rlly feel confident enough to share yet lol but it's been rlly fun and relaxing :')

im still working the same retail job as last year, but i got a response to an application for a receptionist job at a salon and im PRAYING they'll get back to me abt an interview soon and i can finally quit this retail job 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

i bought a rlly cheap violin on impulse and i have no regrets binch she's pink and sparkly and her name is valentine and she's the love of my life and im starting to be able to scratch out a tune so hooray

im not writing as much lately and im sad abt it. i wanna get back to writing fic here on tumblr and i have a long one planned abt a gintama au where the yorozuya specialize in dealing w ghosts 👀👀👀

ive made some progress w my anxiety/depression and how well im functioning!! recently ive had a lot of not great things going on at once and im a lil worried abt backtracking but overall im miles from where i was last year and im basically just living my life way more effectively and it feels good man. im getting shit done again
